Stupid Pays the Price

So there is an ongoing debate in my office over whether or not we are morally responsible to affix some manner of warning to the large pane of glass next to the front glass-door because STUPID people keep crashing into it. 

It can literally be counted on less than one hand how many times someone has walked into that window.  #1 is it’s been the same idiot on more than one occasion and #2 refer to remark in #1 about “idiot”.  Really, isn’t there something wrong with a person who doesn’t look, when exiting, for the door handle on the door through which they entered in the first place?? Some say we should hang a sign or put a potted plant there before someone cracks a tooth.

To briefly summarize why I must stand behind my "no way" attitude – I do not go out of my way to make special allowances for dumbasses.  They will not be treated, by me, as the government treats the unfortunately disabled. My ex-husband, as many ex-husbands are, is a true dumbass and chances are that SOMEDAY, he might be the one who actually breaks the glass with his big, stupid, bald head.  Or at least, I hope he does because he suffers and infects others around him with pathological asininity.  It's a word - look it up.  Unless you are, unfortunately, already afflicted.  In which case I will bid you a fond farewell and, "Good Luck!" Mostly because you'll need it around the likes of me.

“God help stupid people” was at one time a favorite admonishment of mine; spoken with true sincerity and sighs of sorrow and pity.  Nowadays it'll get blurted out with an air of demand because if The Good Lord doesn't help them, I surely will NOT be the ONE!  :oP
